We stayed one night at this sweet hotel. The only improvement I'd suggest would be quieter air conditioner....or set it correctly. The town is quite nice and the dunes are amazing. We were fortunate to be able to check in a bit early and our front desk person was a delight.
ME-ME was very professional and quick with my check in after a 18 hour shift with a 2 hour drive being able to check in a nicely well cleaned room made the experience well worth it thanks Me-Me and Country Inn it would be nice if Country Inn gave Me-Me something nice as a token of appreciation and I'm not talking about no thank you or a 5 dollar gift card me being a valued customer I would hope they value her and all employees like her
I am having a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room is clean, the atmosphere is comfortable, and the service from the staff is very kind and welcoming. Everything felt well maintained, which make the stay enjoyable. If I may suggest a couple of small improvements: • Using king-size pillows instead of the smaller ones would make the bed even more comfortable. • Providing a complimentary bottle of water in the room would be a nice touch for guests. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I will leave tomorrow!
definitely enjoyed this hotel. they have a nice, small pool and a spa. it had better reviews than most of the other hotels around and wasn't too expensive compared to the "fancier" hotels nearby. the complimentary breakfast is nice. the whole building, including my room, was nice and clean and quiet. room service comes once a day. i just wish they would have left us more towels. my only small complaint is that the hot tub/spa isn't really hot. other than that its a very nice place to stay! its also near tons of stores, restaurants, and gas stations if you need to go shopping
I had a great stay here. Room had no problems. Linda at the front desk has an awesome attitude (and great style). Best customer service I've had all year. However, Hot tub smells like spinach when you turn the jets on and there wasn't any orange juice at breakfast. Other than that 10/10.
Awesome stay at the Country Inn & Suites. Great customer service. Nice large rooms, VERY comfortable bed. In suite Whirlpool was amazing. The pool and hot tub were clean, maintained and just the right temperature. Breakfast had a great variety, was fully stocked and tended for. Definitely enjoyed my stay. Will definitely be back.
The room was wonderful. Pool room seems to always get cloudy. Pool was a little cold but water was clear. Staff extremely friendly. We did have to complain two nights in a row because if loud guests above us. But the front desk did compensate us for the inconvenience.
Had to make an unexpected overnight stay due to weather. We were able to get a room that wasn't crazy expensive. Easy to find and good service. Will stay again if I'm in the area
